These photos capture the scene at the Capitol yesterday when the Minnesota Senate voted to legalize same-sex marriage, becoming the 12th state to do so.
If you click on the link, one of the first photos shows ‘the opposers praying’. Have they never thought that the
bill passing might be a sign from their god saying there’s nothing wrong with same sex marriage?
In my experience most Christians are the first people to justify all the crap that happens in the world, like famine and diseases, with: ‘Hardship is God’s way of telling people there will be a place in heaven for them, because they already suffered enough’. Well, maybe this is God’s way of telling Christians who oppose same sex marriage to cut the crap out.

This sure looks a lot like the
RadissonSheratonDoubletree in Bloomington. MN during CONvergence. I haven’t attended for a few years but I am pretty sure it is based on the cabana area he is standing in. Sadly the DeviantArt page this is from only indicates that the photographer is in the U.S. Yeah, just scrolled through comments. It was actually at Anime Detour which is held in the same hotel.

It was made by the very HPL Historical Society!! They also made a movie of the Whisperer in Darkness but I haven’t watched it yet. ;)
That sounds really good! I can’t wait to see it more than ever now. I will also look for the other one you mentioned, it can’t be worse than what’s out there at the moment :D
